DIU is currently a network of 25,000 students and 16,000 alumni and more than 10,000 students and alumni of Daffodil Education Network, co-connected under membership of “IAmDaffodilian” card.

"Alumni Registration Fee: Alumni Registration fee is Tk. 500/-. The Alumni Smart Card will be delivered along with the Official Transcript/Certificates. Those who have already paid Tk. 200/- for Alumni Registration may apply for the Alumni Smart Card at the Office of the Controller of Examinations by paying Tk. 300/- more. The card will be delivered after four (04) working days from the date of applying."
