To download the HP printer assistant, turn on the printer. If the printer is connected to the computer, then disconnect the cable from the printer.

To download the HP printer assistant, turn on the printer. If the printer is connected to the computer, then disconnect the cable from the printer. After that, go to hp printer assistant. Then click on the printer, type your printer model number, and click on Submit. If you wish to change the operating system, then click on Change. Don't forget to change your version. Lastly, click on Download.
