I couldn't stop eating it it ruined my I had every that time it was absolutely terrible and I mean it would blow it for an entire Toro XXL
week at a time I would eat so much in a single day so it's really hard to get back into a deficit after that and that's because again my mentality was so rigid I felt that it was bad it was something that I shouldn't.
