What lvls should I be able to attain before purchasing it?

I've tried it previously with OSRS GP other members to test how it functions. I'd like to try it again! What lvls should I be able to attain before purchasing it? Please list the abilities that are required to assist other mem skills. Below are the F2P (and P2P) statistics.

I'd like to have to have a basilisk-themed stuffhead for my home. I'm level 61 construction, and level 611 slayer. I wear a ring containing wealth. I've just killed 386 basilisks without once getting a head to stuff. It's my third time in which I was able to kill well over 100 basilisks in every session before. My friend scored an upper hand in just 20 kills. Another player claimed to have had around 12 kills.

My friend and I have been comparing notes. Apart from the fact that she is a higher combat level, it doesn't seem like we're doing anything different. I was told by a friend that it was random, and it could happen between 0 and 200 kills.

I've nearly doubled that now and, if we include the prior sessions, I've accomplished three to four times that on basilisks alone. I have killed over 200 crawling head without having to use one, and also climbed 8 fishing levels while waiting for a large fish to come along. I've never had to use my skills room. Does it have to be me or is something wrong with my luck?
