Login to your Youtube channel and select the Video Manager tab. Click the Channel Settings from the sidebar and choose In Video Programming from the drop-down menu. Select the Add a Watermark option and upload a Subscribe button image and click Save. Choose when you want viewers can see the subscribe button and how long you want that button to be displayed, then click Update. Users can also see how to add subscribe button on youtube video.
