The Trimmed Cape is the base Comp Cape

They are, I think, good OSRS GP enough. They cover the complete completion of RuneScape's tasks, in every area. There are some odd ones. "The Annihilator" is the title. Are you counting that as post-quest? Perhaps a name from a new slayer monster? If you have post-quest content it is logical.

These goals don't require the completeness of all RuneScape content. These are secondary objectives that let you gain knowledge or experience that you have already trained for Completionist Cape 99. These are optional and should not be considered compulsory.

There are some additional additives the player may use, such as unlocking hidden lore (the Dragonkin journals from QBD as well as the Scabarite research notebooks).
