I also don't mind the thought of giving control to the OSRS team

The VLS addition is a obvious and Cheap OSRS Gold current example of the: Jagex poll numerous PvP changes/updates which don't pass and do not believe the neighborhood are fairly currently evaluating the material on merit. This means Jagex either accept that PvP buffs/content will not ever pass polls or do them. Polls either need to be a) pitched to individuals who actively participate in or understand that the appropriate content, b) taken as powerful advisement and not gospel, c) lower threshold, or d) just earn more integrity changes.

While sometimes a developer has missed something important and players may assist thembecause it's the players who play Runescape--that the player base often makes really stupid decisions because they don't really spend much time thinking about what a change could do, they don't have any development experience, and they are often quite self-interested. In the case of all OSRS, the gamers have completely vetoed bad thoughts multiple times before, however they also have vetoed great thoughts, and also the absolute dumbest ideas aren't the things that make polled, they are the things that have indicated and upvoted right here on the subreddit.

I think way. But I also don't mind the thought of giving control to the OSRS team. Because apart from PvP stuff, and a few really dividing updates like a skill that is new. I feel like they have a good deal of freedom to style content anyhow. It isn't like everything they poll gets taken down. Sounds like more of a reason to keep the polling system. Will pass. The upgrades a good part of the player base dislike will not pass.

Another thing to consider is because something fails a survey does not mean that they can't rework it and repoll it later. What is great about scenarios like that is they will get a good deal of feedback and adjust the content before adding it into Runescape. Then a bunch of gamers will be marginalized for needing another ability or for being Pkers as someone said though. Eventually they will become jaded and depart Runescape, which I'm convinced Jagex does not want. I honestly voted but with voting involving the groups getting power over conclusions and Jagex that participate in it. As someone and a pker who enjoys pvp I think that is my only option.

Feedback is important. There are numerous instances of this OSRS team pitching an upgrade and the neighborhood essentially reacting like"woah woah woah hold on, did you consider this ___". Turns out jagex did not think about mentioned thing, and the upgrade was better because of this neighborhood opinions (or wouldn't have been great w/o it). And these are the community long term jmods which are liked by the general and community understand their stuff/produce upgrades that are good. They're still human and can't understand everything. In case the same upgrade were to take place in RS3, it would've gone without the prospect of opinions, or simply ignored (though we've had instances of ignored comments in OSRS, watch prif/crystal armour and bh2) and the upgrade would have remained bad/dead/broken on birth. So feedback and them engaging and acting on feedback is essential to OSRS.Maybe they can introduce utensils kind of like the iron saliva in Runescape game, tie it into smithing. Hell, let us get BBQ or a grill going. It could be a good incentive to some use a fire you have made to cook rather than a range. A balance to it might be a burn chance. The superior food food for Buy OSRS Gold  pvp would be balancing. Completely agree. I believe like most abilities have various routes you can take (slow and cheap, expensive and fast) along with many different methods. Runecrafting is so stagnate that the xp prices are shithouse and never grow as you go high in levels. Bloods are afk but still demotivating to even get to 77 and many simply cease at.
